Disney Adults Remain The Worst: Couple Spends $400K Trying To Get Back Into Club 33 After They Were Banned For Public Intoxication

Don’t you just love Disney adults? This California couple claims that they’ve blown their retirement after losing a lawsuit against Disney following a ban from the exclusive Club 33. Between 2012 and 2017, Scott and Diana Anderson paid annual dues to the tune of $31,500 to visit the club, which is only a fraction of the  $125,000 that they spent per year to visit Disney.

If you don’t know Club 33 (and why would you? You’re a busy adult with a life), it’s an exclusive venue furnished with props from Disney’s films as well as art nouveau interior design. The Andersons, who are both 60-years-old, claim that they were on a decade plus waiting list for more than a decade.

On September 3, 2017, the magic became tragic when Scott Anderson was removed from Club 33 for being intoxicated. During their trial security guards claimed that Anderson was slurring his words and unable to stand, and on top of that his breath “smelled of alcohol quite a lot.”

This permanent ban follows an earlier suspension for Diana Anderson after she was heard using foul language in Club 33.

After taking Disney to court the Andersons requested that the company reimburse the $10,500 they paid in 2017 that couldn’t be used while requesting an additional $231,000. After losing the case the couple stated their plan to appeal even as legal bills continue to pile up.

So far the Andersons ave spent $400,000 fighting the House of Mouse, and they have no plans of slowing down. Scott Anderson told the Los Angeles Times:

My wife and I are both dead set that this is an absolute wrong, and we will fight this to the death. There is no way we’re letting this go.
